Unit pulls out of cabinet with ease on heavy-duty, undermount slides, and closes gently and quietly with Soft-Close technology. We had an old set that broke down after 4yrs, and were looking for a replacement which is much more sturdy, solid, smooth and complete. These are incredible quality, super easy to install ,...and...comes with actual installation drawings to scale which can be cut out and used for both installation of the railings below and for attachment to the sliding door. Real "dumb" proof, which is what I was looking for, as I'm not a "handy" person around the house w/ these things w/ minimal tools, too. But perfect installation the first time and w/ super easy instructions.It's a little pricey, compared to others,...but....I think the quality and it's construction makes it more than worth it; I can't think of anyone who would not be happy in buying this. AND...it came in one day !
