I like how this holds the actual trash can in the frame making it more secure. Less chance for the frame and trash can to come loose over time. The handle to grab the can could be a little higher as you do have to move it down each time or it hits the cabinet. We have begun to leave it in upright position and just push it closed from that position. The soft close feature is nice once you get used to waiting for it to close and break it in. Very hard to pull open for a few weeks. Overall I am happy with purchase.The handle to pull it out of the cabinet was missing. The second part to attach to the cabinet door still has not arrived. The glides are not easily sliding.Decent little garbage/recycling bins that fit perfectly underneath my cabinet. A bit more affordable than some other, similar systems as well, which is nice. One star reduction because I found the instructions a bit vague and confusing. Maybe it was a "me" thing but I ended up having to take it apart a couple of times to try and figure it out. Also the slider isn't the smoothest. It does have a tendency to stick a little when pulling out the arms. But overall I'm pretty happy with the system.A little hard to open without the handle up. Definitely needs the handle attached although it is optional. All in all it works well…Easy to installWell made and easy to install, I am a little bummed that the cans are small and regular trash bags do not fit tight. Other than that I am pleasedConvenientit was very easy to assemble. i did not follow the instructions - just did it on my own as it was that simple to set-up the unit. no complaintsI loved everything about this product!The only problem is that it’s supposed to fit in a 12 inch cabinet.However the dimensions don’t consider that the interior of the cabinet is not 12 inches and I needed to return it, unfortunately! I really liked it!Well I ordered this for the practicality of it and I was surprised how easy it was to install. It's bigger then what I was expecting . I have my garbage and recycling all in one .I had a single under-cupboard bin previously and the space behind it was wasted. Now I have two bins in the same width and they conveniently roll out for access. A very good investment indeed!
