I liked the frame but did not like the features to hang the frame. I had to proved the necessary equipment to hang the frame. the material was very hard to screw or nail. Overall I liked the product.The frame looks nice. Two issues:1. The glass was sitting on the metal fold-down tabs during shipping so there are chips in the glass at the location of each tab. They get covered by the frame, but it makes the glass sharp and more fragile.2. The wall-mounting hardward is not installed on the frame. The instructions that came with the hardware they provided did not match the hardware they sent. I ended-up having to use my own hardware to get it done.This was the first time that I purchased anything from Amazon that was not eligible for Prime shipping. I debated a long time over ordering these frames (I purchased 2) or ordering competing frames under Amazon prime. In the end I chose correctly. These frames are beautiful! The packaging that they ship in is incredible. Just close your eyes and add them to your cart, you will be happy you did it!Think about it. In reality the frames will just hang in a corner of your office and people will only glance at them for a handful of seconds, No need to spend big bucks on frames, you already spent BIG BUCKS on your degree in the first place! Check the picture, realize that this is all the better anyone is going to pay attention to your accomplishment, and then give this company some of those hard earned dollars AND keep the rest in your pocket where they belong. You won't be disappointed!In terms of quality, this is a great frame. But I have a very busy schedule and do not have the time, energy, or know-how to install all of the hanging hardware. If I had known that I would have to attach all of the hanging hardware myself, I would have paid more for a different frame. The inconvenience of trying to hang this in my office (which required bringing a hammer, screwdriver, etc. to work on a Saturday so as not to disturb my coworkers during the week) is why I am only giving it 3 stars. If you want something that is ready to go out of the box, I do not recommend. However, if you are handy (unlike me), then I guess I would recommend.I just received my frame and it is beautiful. It arrived a week earlier than promised, which is fantastic! The black & gold mats really look great with my diploma. However.... the hardware for hanging it is missing - so all I can do is lean it against the wall, which I am NOT happy about. Also, the cardboard backing looks lke it's just been TORN from a larger piece of cardboard. It is extremely ragged and in some places doesn't fit the frame....too small in some spots and too large in others. This is a beautiful frame, perfect for an 8.5 x 11 diploma. I would have happily given it 5 stars were it not for the backing and missing hardware.As other customers have mentioned, there definitely are a bunch of fingerprints present throughout the entire frame. At first glance, some of the fingerprints appear to be on the black matte portion as another poster as mentioned, but luckily the prints were just on the backside of the glass. It took some elbow grease to get the prints off the glass completely (hence minus 1 star) but other than that the frame looks decent for its price. It's far from perfect since there are some imperfections if you look closely, but you can't really tell if you look from afar. For it's price, it's definitely worth it. It fits my doctorate degree nicely.My son found my Villanova diploma in the attic in a rusty metal frame. Came on Amazon to find a nice wooden one and this was perfect! Comes with a mat with gold border, The actual diploma was a little larger than the opening but I positioned to show all that was needed. Came quickly and in perfect shape. You do have to attach the hooks and wire to the back to hang, but they did come with the frame. Looks way more expensive than it costs.I surprised my wife by framing her Ph.D. diploma (11x14 document). I read the reviews that complained of cheap plastic instead of glass or broken glass. The frame I received was in great condition, beautiful glass, and easy to put together. The hanging materials were taped to the back of the frame. Most importantly, the framed diploma looks great. I'm sure people who do framing for a living would be able to tell the difference between this frame and a much more expensive one, but the students and other scholars who will walk into my wife's office won't. That's what really matters. I'm going to buy another ArtToFrames frame for our other diploma.Not 100% sure as yet, but we've been looking for a better waste bin from the ones we found locally at stores. This appears to be what we've been looking for, but we won't know yet until our first garbage pick up in a couple of weeks if: 1-it doesn't break off at the lid when it's dumped out and left back on the curb, and 2-if the squirrels don't manage to get into this bin (the lids on all of the other cans got ripped apart by the rodents).Will update as this bin gets used, but so far we are optimistic******EDIT/UPDATE: So far NO PESTS have been able to get into the bin, we did secure the lid down with a bungee cord, but none had even attempted chewing the lid as they have with the cheaper garbage bins/cans. We rate it a #Success!I just love my Rubbermaid Commercial Brute Rollout Container.I am 5ft 2" tall and weigh 134 lbs. I can roll this out through a field to the road with ease, I think it it because of the wheels. I live in a rural community and my driveway is natural rocks and weeds and this container went over all of that with ease. I also liked the way that the garbagemen were able to leave the lid open so that I could see that they had emptied it.
