The plastic-on-plastic rings get caught on the other plastic ridges and won't allow the flag to rotate properly, so I still get the flag all wrapped-up around the pole. This is even after I attempted to shave down the ridges and make adjustments. I'll have to buy the upgraded rings to more freely spin around the pole.
